On the 4th, Kavitha (35), who had gone to enjoy a special scene of 'Pushpa 2' at Santhya theater in Hyderabad, lost her life after getting caught in a crowd surge.
Moreover, her 8-year-old son, who was also caught in the crowd surge, is currently receiving treatment in the hospital. In this situation, the police filed a case against Allu Arjun under sections 105 and 118(1), and arrested him on Friday (Dec. 13). Following this, a 14-day judicial custody has been ordered.
However, a bail petition has been filed on behalf of Allu Arjun, and an interim bail has been granted.
